Peter Baltins began his law career in general practice in 1981 becoming a partner at Willis & Bowring in 1992. Since that time Peter has focused on the areas of Probate & Deceased Estates and is now a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates. He also has a special interest in Local Government litigation carried out in the Land & Environment Court and since specialising in these two areas of law Peter has obtained successful outcomes for many clients and as a result has received numerous referrals. Peter is also interested to adopt quicker and cheaper alternate dispute resolution techniques for the benefit of his clients, his interest in this area has led him to qualify as a Mediator.
As a graduate of the Quality in Law course on total quality management Peter understands the need for efficient systems and procedures in the delivery of legal services. Peter is a member of Best Practice Lawyers and regularly introduces improvements to the practice gained by the open sharing of ideas by this network of solicitors dedicated to a process of continuous improvement.
